In a bankruptcy, you can eliminate most if not all of your debts, including credit cards, medical bills, judgments, and you can stop foreclosure, stop wage garnishments and STOP all the harassing collections calls?  And that in most cases you can still keep all of your property, including your home and rental property, cars, bank accounts, retirement accounts and other assets?

If the tax year involved was at least 3 years ago, and other requirements are met, it is possible to eliminate your past income tax debt?

In a Chapter 13 bankruptcy, if you owe more on your 1st Trust Deed than your home is worth, and you have a 2nd Trust Deed (such as a Home Equity Line of Credit) it is possible to eliminate the 2nd and still keep your house, even if you are behind on the 1st?
